2. Reservations and Bookings

  • Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Asempa Hotel. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking.
  • Guaranteed Reservations: To guarantee a reservation, a valid credit card or advance payment may be required.
  • Pricing: All prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • No-Show: In case of a no-show (failure to arrive for a confirmed reservation without prior cancellation), the first night's room rate plus applicable taxes will be charged to the guaranteed payment method.

6. Hotel Rules and Regulations

  • Occupancy: Room occupancy limits must be adhered to. Additional guests beyond the stated capacity may incur extra charges or be denied accommodation.
  • Smoking: Asempa Hotel is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, corridors, and common areas. Designated smoking areas are available. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-designated areas.
  • Pets: Pets are generally not permitted on the premises. Please contact the hotel directly for exceptions or service animal policies.
  • Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge for such damages.

9. Force Majeure

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
